New Warm-up this Week
Students will become very familiar with this web-based application over the next two weeks as they plot tide data each day for their warm-up beginning on Tuesday. Seattle, Washington is located on the Puget Sound of the Pacific where the tide rises and falls twice a day, pulled by the gravitational forces of the moon and sun. A daily cycle along the Sound generally includes two unequal high tides and two unequal low tides.
